This is where your body lacks certain antibodies that reduces your ability to fight infections. At Central Texas Asthma and Allergy, we will run labs to assess whether you have a true immunodeficiency or if you need better therapy with medications or allergy shots to prevent infections. If you do have an immunodeficiency, we will start you on therapy options that will build up the body’s immune system.
